Q1: What should I bring to the tour?
A1: For a comfortable cycling experience, please bring clothing appropriate for the weather and a bottle for hydration. All other necessary equipment is included in the tour.
Q2: What happens if it rains?
A2: The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain, but in case of severe weather, it may be canceled or postponed for safety reasons. We will inform you of any changes due to weather in advance.
Q3: What is the cancellation policy?
A3: When booking through Tripadvisor, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Please refer to Tripadvisor’s cancellation policy for Oasa Country Cycling for the most accurate information.
Q4: Can children participate in the tour?
A4: Absolutely, families are welcome to join our tours. However, for safety reasons and to ensure a comfortable riding experience, all participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 140 cm (4 ft. 7 in). We can tailor the tour itinerary to accommodate families with children who meet this height criterion.
Q5: What is included in the lunch menu?
A5: At Ai no Sato Herb Garden, guests can choose between a chicken or pork lunch with fresh vegetables or a noodle lunch with vegetable tempura. For those who prefer a vegan option, the noodle lunch can be made vegan if requested at least 3 days in advance. Please note that lunch is not included in the tour price and payment for the meal is to be made directly at the restaurant.
